Due to the digital and personalized nature of our work, all sales are considered final. We don't sell templates - we build custom growth systems. That's why every project is unique and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds once a project has been initiated.

All payments made are non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Shopify store design & development
• Custom theme creation or modification
• Pre-designed theme purchases
• CRO, speed optimization, or marketing services
• Consultation, strategy sessions, or documentation

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Work has not started at all
• Duplicate payment made by mistake

Any exception is solely at the discretion of Wearewebsitedesigners™.

We are committed to delivering high-quality Shopify solutions, transparent communication, and support throughout the project.

Instead of refunds, we prioritize revisions, fixes, and performance improvements.

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing scope before payment
• Providing required assets and access
• Communicating expectations clearly

Failure to do so does not qualify for refunds.

Clients must contact us before initiating any dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate project termination
• Legal action if necessary
